Personal Property Ultrasonic Cleaning
Our specialized Contents cleaning service utilizes state-of-the-art ultrasonic cleaning technology.
This unique procedure is providing the most effective restoration cleaning service available to post-disaster contents cleaning, exclusively using state-of-the-art ultrasonic equipment. We offer full-service restoration services to all contents affected by smoke, mold, water, and other types of damage.
Our objective is to ensure that the items are received back in a condition that is often better than before the damage occurred.
Personal Property Inventory Evaluation
Were any of your items damaged by water, smoke, vandalism etc?
Whether all of the belongings or only some items are damaged, we document and photograph them all. Then, our experts evaluate the damages and prepare a replacement cost estimate for those items that are can not be restored.
This estimate is then submitted on the client's behalf to the insurance company.
Restorable items, of course, are restored and cleaned.
Direct Insurance Billing
Here we go... You had damage to your property and now you have to deal with the insurance company... right?
WRONG!!
In the insurance claims "environment" personal property is referred to as Contents.
iPack Contents handles the Contents portion of the loss and takes care of everything! Estimating, physical work, storage, billing and collection as well.
We negotiate with the insurance carrier and get paid directly with no additional cost to the client.
